• Connect with friends and form accountability circles
• Share progress and stay motivated together
• Access analytics and insights about their habits

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

The basic version of Habitability is free, with limits on the number of habits and circles you can create.

5.2 Pro Subscription

Habitability Pro unlocks unlimited features. Available subscription options include:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)

5.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is charged through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

5.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Habitability and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• Warning the reported user
• Suspending or terminating accounts
